Digital Delivery Policy

1. All Products Are Digital

Pro Digital CR LLC sells exclusively digital products. No physical items are manufactured, stocked, warehoused, or shipped. There are no shipping costs, no delivery timelines for physical goods, and no returns of physical merchandise.

2. How Delivery Works

After completing your purchase, you will receive your product through the following process:

  1. Immediate confirmation: an order confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
  2. Delivery email: within minutes of your purchase, you will receive a separate email containing download links and/or access instructions (e.g., Google Drive link).
  3. Download your files: click the link in the email to access your digital product. Files are typically in PDF format and may also include DWG, image, or other formats as specified on the product page.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Digital delivery is instantaneous. Most customers receive their download link within 1–5 minutes of completing their purchase. In rare cases, email delivery may take up to 15 minutes due to email provider processing times.

4. If You Don't Receive Your Download

If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes of purchase:

  • Check your spam/junk folder — automated emails are sometimes filtered by email providers.
  • Search for emails from our store address or Shopify notification address.
  • Verify the email address you used at checkout was typed correctly.
  • Contact us at support@prodigitalcr.com with your order number and we will manually resend your download links within 24 hours (typically much sooner).

5. Access Duration

All purchased products include lifetime access. Once downloaded, the files are yours to keep permanently. We recommend saving your files to your device, cloud storage, or external drive for safekeeping.

6. Compatibility

Our digital products are provided in standard file formats (primarily PDF) that are compatible with virtually all modern devices, including:

  • Windows, macOS, and Linux computers
  • iOS and Android smartphones and tablets
  • Any device with a PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader, built-in OS viewers, etc.)

Certain products may include supplementary files in DWG, PNG, or other formats as noted on the product page.
