The Studio App | DW

The Sashiko Studio App is a fully offline tool that allows you to build, test, and export your own sashiko patterns with precision. It requires no installation, account, subscription, or internet connection: simply open the file in Chrome or Edge and start designing.

Choose from different grid types, combine path rules, adjust stitch rhythms, and visualize how the pattern will look before transferring it to fabric. The app also calculates the sewing path, estimates how much thread you will need, and shows how many repetitions fit onto your piece.

Each design generates a unique Seed ID, allowing you to save and reconstruct it exactly whenever you want. When your design is ready, you can export it as a 1:1 full-scale PDF or as a high-resolution image.
