You walk into the interview panel and get scored on a sheet you never see, out of five, question by question. You get handed a preceptor's evaluation form in week one and rated against it every week for thirteen. You write your first chart and it gets read by someone in quality assurance, someone in billing, and someone in legal — three readers, three different sets of priorities, none of them printed on the form.
